Eat Happy Kitchen, the brand founded by bestselling cookbook author and culinary innovator Anna Vocino, is expanding into the snack category with the launch of its new Cheese Bites. The move marks a fresh direction for the company, bringing a clean-eating twist to savoury snacking aimed at health-conscious consumers seeking convenience without compromise.
Made with just two ingredients – real cheese and Eat Happy Kitchen’s signature spice blends – the snacks offer 10 to 11 grams of protein per serving. They are free from sugar, fillers, gluten and artificial additives, and reflect the company’s focus on simple, clean-label recipes that still deliver bold flavour.
The range features three varieties. Cheddar and BBQ combines smoky cheddar with the brand’s BBQ Dust. Monterey Jack and Ranch brings together creamy cheese and a herby, tangy seasoning. White Cheddar and Onion delivers a zesty, savoury bite with the help of Salt Dust.
Available in 2-ounce resealable pouches, Cheese Bites are sold in 3-pack and 12-pack formats direct to consumers, with an Amazon launch planned later this summer.
“There’s a glaring void in the snack aisle – finding quick snacks that aren’t loaded with sugar and fillers is nearly impossible. Cheese Bites plug that gap. I envision them stuffed into every lunchbox, office drawer, train station kiosk, or airplane,” said Anna Vocino.
This latest launch follows last month’s retail expansion of Eat Happy Kitchen’s pasta sauces into 479 Kroger-family stores nationwide, more than doubling its retail footprint. It strengthens the brand’s reputation as one of the fastest-growing premium pantry brands in the United States.
By combining clean-label credentials, high protein content and trusted seasoning blends, Cheese Bites are positioned to appeal to the growing number of consumers seeking healthy, on-the-go snack options.
