Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a provider of innovative snack production systems, will host its first Pretzel Training Seminar, on February 3–4, 2026, at the RBS Science & Innovation Center in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.

Designed for both newcomers to the pretzel industry and experienced operators seeking a refresher, this hands-on training event offers practical insights, live demonstrations, hands-on activities and expert guidance on every stage of pretzel production. Topics will include ingredient selection, mixing methods, extrusion, proofing, oven and dryer optimization, gluten-free and co-extruded applications, and advanced process monitoring with the SCORPION® Profiling System.

“Our Pretzel Training combines classroom learning, live demonstrations, and real-world solutions,” said Cameron Johnston, Senior Director, Product & Process Innovation. “Participants will leave with actionable solutions to improve efficiency, expand product ranges, and strengthen their operations.”
