OREO is set to begin 2026 with a series of product and packaging launches across its Minis portfolio, alongside the introduction of a new permanent product developed in collaboration with REESE’S. The new releases will be available nationwide from 5 January 2026.

Golden OREO Minis introduce new pack formats

Golden OREO Minis will expand their presence in the minis segment with the introduction of two new packaging formats: an 8 oz bag and a 3.5 oz Go Cup. These additions complement the existing 3 oz bag, offering three pack sizes designed to support both sharing occasions and on-the-go snacking.

The bite-sized creme cookies are aimed at consumers seeking portion-flexible formats, with the Go Cup format in particular targeting portability and convenience. The new Golden OREO Minis packaging will roll out nationwide from 5 January 2026.

OREO Minis Peanut Butter adds larger sharing format

OREO Minis Peanut Butter will also receive a packaging update, with the introduction of an 8 oz bag, joining the existing 3 oz bag format. The expanded size is intended to support group sharing occasions while retaining the portability associated with the Minis range.

The new 8 oz OREO Minis Peanut Butter bag will be available nationwide from 5 January 2026.

OREO and REESE’S collaborate on permanent new cookie

In addition to the Minis range expansions, OREO will launch the OREO® REESE’S Cookie, marking a cross-brand collaboration between the two well-known confectionery and biscuit brands. The product features OREO chocolate sandwich cookies filled with a REESE’S peanut butter-flavoured creme that includes OREO cookie crumbs.

Unlike the Minis packaging updates, the OREO® REESE’S Cookie will join the core range as a permanent product, with nationwide availability beginning on 5 January 2026.

Together, the January 2026 launches reflect continued innovation across portion formats, flavour combinations and brand partnerships within the biscuit and snack cookie category.
