SNAXPO23 debuts new features this year

SNAC International has announced latest features for SNAXPO23, the equipment expo for snack industry professionals. SNAXPO23, which will be held 19-21 March in Orlando, Florida, will include a Startups Hub, Co-Pack Central, Flavor Showdown, Knowledge Zone and SNAC Bites.

New as of this year, the Startups Hub is rolling out the red carpet for early-stage brands to attend and participate in the event. Benefits include travel subsidies, a welcome program, coordinated interviews with trade media, product display opportunities, guided tours, connections with industry mentors and education tailored to emerging brands.

“Every snack brand, existing and emerging, need to consider their appeal to the latest consumer trends,” said Christine Cochran, President and CEO of SNAC International. “SNAXPO is the place where snack brands of all sizes can network, share ideas, learn, and rub shoulders with some of the top leaders in the industry.”

Debuting at SNXPO23, Co-Pack Central will be an area designed to provide snack brands of all sizes with easy access to the snack industry’s contact manufacturers and partners.

The Flavor Showdown competition returns this year where inventive, on-trend sweet and savoury flavours will compete with one another to win the title. Flavor of the Year Awards will be announced at the closing party on 21 March.

The Knowledge Zone will feature educational seminars and industry discussions that explore topics on legislative and regulatory priorities, legal and technical state of cannabis for food, sustainability solutions, insights into successful co-manufacturing and Latin American snack trends.

SNAC Bites, which is held directly on the show floor, returns again this year to provide opportunities for suppliers to share innovative ideas, technology and techniques to maximise the visibility and efficiency of their products. The quick, 30-minute sessions will be free for all attendees.
